Phantasy Star Portable 2 save help

Hello! I have a problem and I hope someone out there can help me. I was using savestates and in-game saving for a long time. Something happened where my emulator no longer recognizes that storage media is there. I ignored it (figuring it wouldn't make a difference after all)and kept using savestates instead but tonight I finished the game. After the credits it asked me to save my progress so I could play the post-game missions. Now I'm stuck back at the title screen with my in-game save many many hours behind me. Is there any way to work around this so I can continue with the post-game? Thank you for reading this!
