PPSSPP not working in windows (fix PPSSPP Git (2013/01/07)

PPSSPP not working in windows (fix PPSSPP Git (2013/01/07)
Hi all, I'm having trouble running the emulator shows no work on my windows 7 64-bit. AMD Athlon ™ 7750 Dual-core 2.70 GHz ATI Radeon HD 4650.

here fails the steps I'm doing.

1)

Note 1: I tried with other roms compatibility assumptions and I have the same problem.

Note 2: I tried to compile the latest version with visual c + + 2008 and I can not for the solution package is generated for 2010 (you can fix this problem?)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That means, the game doesn't work. The compatibility for games are so little, you should only expect to see intro screens.

Do you have working sound in Windows? There's currently an issue where the emu will hang if it can't output audio.
MotoGP should run.

I Understand That the compatibility list is reduced. tests've roms Compatibility with official website and not work.

I have no sound in game. Windows system yes.
detail: the x86 version I can see the fps of my video card.
x64 version does not show fps.

It seems that ppsspp don't work on crappy ati x300 gpu that i have on my work ( emu is starting but all i see is black screen - motoGP, puzzle quest with both 0.3 and 0.4). At my home it works fine.
