You must choose "Yes" to run PPSSPP with DirectX, did you do this? Does your GPU support DirectX 9? Is DirectX 9 even installed?
Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

From the pictures it seems like you dont even have your GPU drivers installed. Unless you have a really old GPU from 1999...

Install drivers and DX9.
