Where do i get it?
Can someone giveme a link? i searched this version but i dont find it

No piracy here!! You will need to buy the US version and make an ISO from a PSP, or buy it via PSN download then extract and convert (Info on how to do this can be found searching Google).

BTW this game works great now thanks PPSSPP team Smile

I don't get what's "2884" but it's for sure a savegame issue.

Didn't Soul Calibur have a similar problem?

RE: Tekken 6
First post here.

TL;DR

Tested using v0.7.6-227-g35b6d27, Windows x86 version.
Media Engine ON
No frameskipping,3xRR,2xSSAA
Hardware Transform OFF 40-50 VPS
Hardware Transform ON 30 -35 VPS
All other settings at default.

Yep, Tekken 6(US) like God of War is definitely one of the more demanding PSP games to emulate on the PC (!). The game is CPU capped on my system, it maxes out one of my dual cores (50% overall CPU usage), but is not GPU capped (GPU Usage is only at 60-70%, at 3x RR and 2xSSAA).

Funnily enough, the game runs better with Hardware Transform set to OFF (40 - 50 VPS, no frameskip, 3x RR, 2xSSAA). When Hardware Transform is ON, I can only get 30 - 35 VPS with the same graphical settings. Turning HT on or off does nothing to the GPU load that I notice, and CPU usage is still maxed out on 1 core. The other core is still asleep and not doing anything. However, HT OFF has the unfortunate side effect of causing your characters to look washed out during their intro sequences in game and also during outfit customization.

As a kind soul mentioned above, you need to hammer the start button, you can't make a save game, and Media Engine must be on to play the game properly.

Granted my PC is ancient (Core 2 Duo @ 2.8GHz, AMD Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3, 8 GB DDR3 RAM, Windows 7), but other games like the Monhun Freedom Unite, SoulCalibur Broken Destiny, Ridge Racer(No 2xSSAA) and Tekken DR run at 60 VPS all the time even with the Rendering Res cranked up to x4 and 2x SSAA. Which shocked me at first. SoulCalibur looks absolutely gorgeous at 4x RR and 2xSSAA.

Definitely impressed with this emulator. Hopefully multithreading will be supported in future releases, further speed boosts are definitely possible.

RE: Tekken 6
Work at 60fps here, but besides graphic annomalies, and soundtrack missing, at some maps with lighting or special effect every time i hit someone, fps drops and goes up

would be nice if we could change controls.

I reckon you've got an iX CPU (i3/i5/i7).

Those CPUs fare better in CPU heavy games like this one and God of War which is also crawling (20-30 VPS) on my older Core 2 rig.

Would be nice if you listed out your specs for comparison/confirmation purposes.

RE: Tekken 6
No problem. btw sorry u can change control, so far my issues at most of maps with special effects(lighting, burning lava) fps is not 60 and when i hit someone it goes down and then up again, this and soundtrack not working characters don't speak at all, besides that Super great work.

BTW Tekken dark resurrection have no soundtrack as well, but it steady 60 fps at all cases.

My specs:

Intel Core i7 2700K 4.6GHZ Sandy Bridge
nVidia Geforce GTX 680 2GB.
8gb ddr3 1866mhz
Windows 7 64 bit+ Asus P8Z68 V LE Motherboard.

Solarmystic ye Core 2 duo was great cpus, but their time is really done. Haswell coming in June if u wanna upgrade u can either grab Ivy Bridge, or wait for Haswell.

Thank you kindly for confirming your specs.

Yeah, I guess there's more work to be done for Tekken 6 compatibility/optimization in PPSSPP, since even your overclocked monster rig cannot sustain 60 VPS/FPS all the time.

I'd expect nothing less for all games If I had your rig lol.

And yes Tekken Dark Resurrection runs at a perfect 60 fps/vps on my older rig with 4x rr and 2x ssaa, minus the soundtrack.

RE: Tekken 6
ye Tekken 6 seems hard game to optimize on psp emulators, and yes my monster rig run everything at least 60FPS i would except that.

What i like about Intel Core i7 25XX and up is that their stock performance are so strong, the awesome oc is epic bonus.
