Just cleared Ghost Of Sparta(the EU version)with 0.9.8-431 x86 and those are the problems I notest.

1.The game will randomly crash if you use frame skipping.
2.The subtitles in the video don't disappear,the new one appear over them.
3.The videos look more shrunked(up and down)than normal 16:9 videos.
4.The shadow is not below Kratos,it's somewhere far from him.

Buffered Rendering must be enabled for that,otherwise it's too dark.
The bad thing is,it reduces the speed by a lot but with CPU speed set to 80,it's not so bad(I almost didn't need frame skipping anywhere)

What's up with the audio skipping? I can get it to run nearly perfect with buffered rendering (get 'ghostly' movement sometimes but otherwise ok) but the audio is horrible. Totally breaks the deal for me.

This happens if you are not getting constant full speed and you are using low cpu speed.

No 66 is too low...I get those on 80.
You probably need something like 222 or maybe something between 111 and 222 and full speed to completely fix the problem.
The cpu need more power to play the music without skipping(this is one of the bad effects of using low cpu speed...the other is low internal speed)

To elaborate a bit more, games were designed on the PSP with 222mhz in mind, though some request up to 333mhz for better performance. If you underclock the virtual PSP by going below 222, it can cause internal FPS drop, like vsub_ said, or other issues like audio stuttering. A lot of the games don't care too much, but the closer to 0 you get, the worse they'll perform (though keep in mind 0 is auto/lets the game decide, so don't be scared to put it back to 0 if you feel you messed up). There's usually a happy medium between emulation performance and virtual CPU speed. What that happy medium is depends on your device, and the game.

Audio stuttering can also be caused when the game isn't going at full speed, even if you had the virtual CPU clock at 222 or 333. If your device just isn't strong enough to run the game at full speed, audio problems will result since things get slower and choppier. Some emulators have what's called time stretching, where it'll lower the pitch of the audio and slow it down, so it still sounds smooth when games get choppy, but PPSSPP doesn't have such a feature yet.

Finally, if it's not caused by low virtual CPU speed, or your device being weak, it's probably an emulation bug. Our audio code still isn't perfect either, so some popping could result in some events taking too long, or not taking long enough (if the game expects to have things done at a certain time, we might be doing them too quickly).

on ios, it has a mirror effect bug with buffered rendering enabled

On v0.9.8-453-gb16d60f and few lower builds i'm able to run game at full speed (100%), but on the beginning of first mission (after first cutscene, before you start fighting), speed drops to 85-90%, and then when i start fighting it returns to 99-100%. Why is that happening, i don't know. And yeah, i'm using "Buffered Rendering" enabled. Also, it seems that screen flashes every few seconds in this game.
I hope speed issue with this game, and screen flashing issue in buffered rendering will be fixed soon.

Seem to be nothing significant error appears in the log that I can understand.

I also test using same savegame and load it using JPCSP v0.7-3463. It did run fine without problem. I can jump up to second cliff and continue the game.

Does anyone else have this problem? I'm stuck here too. I notice that some of you guys have completed the game, so how did you get past this area?

Seem to be nothing significant error appears in the log that I can understand.

I also test using same savegame and load it using JPCSP v0.7-3463. It did run fine without problem. I can jump up to second cliff and continue the game.

Does anyone else have this problem? I'm stuck here too. I notice that some of you guys have completed the game, so how did you get past this area?

Try using latest build of emulator. Also, it can be due to your iso. Perhaps it's broken somehow.
