Someone can give me the best configuration for Ghost of Sparta?I have Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.6ghz 1.221v - 16Gb Ram - R9 290 Vapor-X - 250GB SSD 840 EVO.

p.s.and you can have a clean sound with version 1.0.1?

there is a method to remove this BUG?

its android version is 4.2.2.
the Chains of Olympus has very leg on my tablet.
so what settings do you recommend to me ?????????

Triple Kratos effect
Hey guys, i'm new to this website so if i'm posting in the wrong section please relocate it,

as you can see here the issue is that there are triple kratoses behind kratos, also everything's so freaking shiny and when i choose non-rendered buffering it disappears but the sky starts flickering

Using latest PPSSPP version 1.1.1

That looks like bloom ruined by you using high rendering res. Pretty much such effects are made in a way that scales with rendering res so the higher rendering res you use, the worse it will look and appear as ghostly copies of objects instead of blurry glow.

You can try some presets of the "Lower resolution for effects(reduces artifacts)" hack in graphic settings as we made it for such effects, althrough it might not work at all depending on how this game does that effect.

And for the future we keep one thread per game, so for all problems or questions about particular game, try finding it's thread and post there even if it was very old and outdated.
Althrough there seems to be some messup with GOW, one thread as I understand for 2 different games in here and another for just one of them here, maybe should be merged into one or the double one renamed for just the other game.

I just tried the hack, still didn't work, the link you posted is for people who're having trouble playing the game in the android, i've researched everywhere in the web, and no one seems to have this issue. maybe some for other games but still the fix unknown, tried lowering the res, still didn't work, like i said before, non buffered rendering makes it disappear but makes the sky flicker and dark.

I still haven't tried software mode because it's disabled and i don't know how to enable it.

It's not for android, we don't have OS specific threads, just game specific.

Hack I mentioned or if it doesn't work decreasing rendering resolution to x1 will not make it disappear;p. It should just make the effect look as it would on PSP. Non buffered rendering is a speedhack which disables game ability to use buffers, if it breaks stuff it breaks it and we can't do anything about it.

Software mode can only be enabled in OpenGL/GLES and only outside of the game. It's also rather buggy and slow ~ only for testing things not really for playing games.

Some of bloom effects made on PSP can look pretty nasty, but at x1 res there's no chance to recognize a double or triple character as it should look as a shiny glow with barely noticeable shape and no inner details recognizable, it certainly can't look same as on your high res screenshots, so I just assume you just don't like how it looks.

The only way to surely remove such effects without affecting other stuff is to do that by hacking/modding the game itself and for that you'll have to invest your own time and effort unless you can find somewhere already existing mod or hack that does it.

i was testing some shaders out and it turns out the last 2 shaders removes it completly, even in res x10 but it graphics become pixilated not so, just a lil

Since my phone is not good for gaming nor my pc I install android as an operating system and use ppsspp to play games and all games I tried worked at full speed except god of war ghost of sparta I had to change the setting of I dodn't remember well but it has something about pspX1 PSPX2 and after that it worked at full speed and lag just a little bit.My pc requirements are intel dual core 3.0Ghz 2 gb ram dd3 and amd radeon hd 5450 2 gb

Found this trick on one forum which has being working for me regardless of the level.

*Enable (timer hack, speed hack) And show fps counter (speed) under Graphics->hack settings.
*Turn the analog stick toward the direction you want to jump and press the play button simultaneously (press only the play button if you are jumping to catch a rope from the ground.
*wait for some time (I recommend waiting till the fps counter reaches 300% or more) then jump aaannnd presto, you've made the jump.

(this trick worked for me at many levels including temple of athena, mounts of aroania, mounts of laconia and pretty much every level with such a 'bug').

And for those of you with a dark screen, I suggest downloading the latest github build from buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/

guys any of you run GOW chain of olympus or ghost of sparta in android on full speed without using frameskip?
i got a tab xiaomi mi pad which has a nvidia tegra k1 chipset
i see that k1 is still the most powerful GPU in android devices, but still, i can't run this game on full 60FPS
i can run it only when on frameskip of 2-3, going about 30 FPS/100%
tried using speed up hacks and others still no chance of increasing it's FPS, i really want to play this game on my tab with full speed

or is it really that 60FPS version games will always run slow on any android device?
i really know that PC is about 100x more powerful on android device so i can see no problem running this game on PC, only on android
