PPSSPP FPS 0 all game

Didn't play PPSSPP for about 1 week. Then about 4 days ago i check the PPSSPP.com and see an update available. After i download the updates and replace the old ones with the new ones, i open the program and somehow i can't play any games.

When i show the FPS, the FPS is 0.0. i tried many things and i changed the openGL to DX11. This reminds me of my old android who can't play PPSSPP and have FPS. I am not sure whats happening i dont know whether its because of the new update or if its something happens before the update. It was working fine before i stop playing it for 1 week.

FPS 0, no games can be played. Anybody can help?
