iOS 10.3.1 PPSSPP crashes when opening any game v1.3

I have an IPhone 6 on iOS 10.3.1 and I'm running PPSSPP with version 1.3, I just got a new phone and restored from an update, everything is the same as my old phone including iOS version and PPSSPP version, But every since the transfer, even after deleting and reinstalling, every time I open a game it shows the controls then crashes, I am not jail broken either, I am the core turned to Interpreter and everything. Do I need to update PPSSPP or is it my system
