DirectX11 , PPSSPP Crashed on start

i do not know why. i am trying to install PPSSPP Installer with D3DCompiler and t.c. tried Update DX Drivers and Video card Drivers.
Specs: Windows 7 Home Basic
Intel Core I5 2450M
AMD Radeon 7670M
4 GB RAM.
Any Help!
i can play on OpenGL but i really want dx11 for test and enjoy. on Dolphin DX11 faster than OGL to 150%

wow. it's worked on my another Notebook
with Windows 8.1 and Nvidia GPU.
i do not know why this crashed on my Laptop.

If you have d3dcompiler_47.dll, maybe you just lack some system update in your windows 7?
Google search points to for example this one which missing appears to be a common crash problem with some DX11.1 steam games, might be worth trying.

Or Win basic could lack some components, after all "Home Premium" was the cheapest full "win 7", althrough not idea if any of the missing stuff would matter for DX11.1 stuff.

THIS, directx 11 works now, thanks
