PPSSPP 1.4 DX11 crash

i second this, how do you edit from openGL backend to Direct3d11 without opening the app because it won't let me go to setting because of the crash.

Actually you can change the backend of PPSSPP without opening the app. First, go to PPSSPP folder>memstick>PSP>system then open ppsspp config then scroll down and find [Graphics] and change GPUBackend. If you changed your backend to DX11 then it should be "GPUBackend = 2". Next thing you do is change the value "2" into "1" for DX9 or "0" for OpenGL. Save and you're good to go!
