Lag after Save State

This often happens to my phone
When I don't save state,no lags starting but when I save state it starts to lags about 10 mins above then go back to normal yet lag returns in a minute which really annoys me any suggestions?

Why exactly are you using savestates?

I'm using them for skipping intros and opening
Mostly for not trying to start again to the start like Megaman X(Yes it's cheating)

Well it seems like restarting the phone is the solution but it might come back momentarily, I'm just gonna ignore using save states now
