Hey I wanted to know if 2 or more PC's can connect to an android hotspot and play multiplayer??, If (yes)so what IP must u use 192.168.43.1 or full (eg)192.168.43.157

Yes it can, you need to use the IP where the Adhoc Server is (IP of the player who enable built-in Adhoc Server)
