Regression: No controller detected using current builds on OSX

Hey folks!

Great project! Where is your favourite place for reporting bugs? In here? Or github?

The current stable/dev builds 1.3-146 don't seem to detect any controller on OSX (PS3 USB/Wireless controller and Saitek Rumblepad tested on Yosemite and El capitan).

The PS3 controller works with all other apps, even with Openemu and using PPSSPP as emulator core (... which is strange, the current openemu ppsspp core is also 1.3, afaik, but as i can't upscale PPSSPP rendering using Openemu it would not be a workaround for me anyway)

I checked the download archive for older versions and narrowing down the issue and using ppsspp 1.1.1 works just great right away using my PS3 USB/Wireless controller... so it seems to be a regression somewhere between 1.1.1 and 1.3.

Any ideas?
