Is like they're admitting that most users run a custom firmware that makes you change the clock.
Afaik the stock firmware doesnt let you change cpu speed, so i dont know why they wrote such thing.
Could it be implemented in the emulator someway? Or it could be done on stock xmb, because if thats the case then im missing something lol.
