3ds port of ppsspp

Hi , would a 3ds port of ppsspp now be possible since it has benn hacked ?
i can see it working decent speed on a new 3ds

Assuming ppsspp could utilize 100% of the performance capable from the N3DS (New 3 DS). Which even being hacked might not be the case.

A 50 dollar pay as you go android phone would be faster and probably those 10-25 dollar ones too.

The 3DS is not really strong enough unfortunately. Even if a few lighter games could be made to work alright it would probably not really be worth the trouble.
