Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5

hello i am new here, and i got a problem regarding saving games for yu gi oh tag force 5. whenever i try to save the game using the in-game save option not the f2 option, the game run but the saving itself never happens, also whenever i try to name a deck or recipe the fonts never came out can someone tell me what should i do? there is actually a way to save that is by resetting the game but when i download the 9.8 version my in game save data and the f2 save data version have a long gap so i prefer to use the f2 save data but with this i wont be able to complete a character's storyline because i need to save when i complete a storyline

i realise nobody else post this problem before so i will ask DX
