1.a>Downloaded the pauth file chinese site as you guys mentioned earlier

And yes I am using Android. I apologize for not mentioning this earlier is this the only cause.? Btw my device is Samsung galaxy tab 2.7 and note 3. I've tried on both of my device and failed.
