DiscID: ULJM05800
ImageID: 2446.01
Version: 0.7.6-227-g35b6d27
OS: Windows
Notes: Stuck after starting new game (same issue, like on Jpcsp).

Glad to see the game is running, how do I decrypt an eboot? Hopefully Henrik will fix the bug preventing the game starting and then the whole MH series will be working on PPSSPP.

RE: monster hunter portable 3rd. (android)
Shouldn't this thread be moved into Intro/menu, and renamed to drop the (android) tag? Anyway:

This game probably black screens after creating a character/loading a character because of this:

Code:
19:38:222 user_main    E[HLE]: HLE\scePauth.cpp:30 UNIMPL scePauth_98B83B5D(154319744, 400, 167769488, 145411716)

I scoured the 'net for a while and found a possible implementation we can use for it, but I don't know if it'll work as the game expects it:
https://code.google.com/p/procfw/source/...te/pauth.c (See myPauth_98B83B5D)

I hope this helps.

See post 18. It won't work until scePauth_98B83B5D is implemented.

I don't know if it will be useful but it's a good thing to make some researches like you have done Smile

Same issue still present the latest builds as described above. Still need to decrypt the EBOOT.BIN to get the game loaded up in the first place, which I used Iso tool to do, within PPSSPP itself.

The function still hasn't been implemented, so it's not surprising.

we don't have the key to decrypt the required data and MHP3 won't works without it. That means the game still won't work even we implement this function.

The game works with decrypted data though (It was decrypted on PSP):

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd
Is there a homebrew that can easily decrypt the data?

Also, you mean the data.bin on the ISO needs to be decrypted, right?
