Android to Android
Android to pc
We can try it with the demo and/or the full game

It's simple ,first you will to have Neorouter vpn mesh from the playstore,then you will connect to my vpn and you will have to copy my virtual IP
So there is what you will have to write on NeoRouter VPN mesh:
Username : ppsspptest
Password : 123456789
Go to : ppsspptest
Then sign in and copy my virtual IP
10.0.0.2
And we will be connected
