Oh bugger, I always have fast mem off, and I did had it off when testing item menu, but then deleted ini for testing the rest properly and forgot it's on by default, in fact it doesn't crash anymore at all even with jit on. At least not when it did previously. Gonna test more.
Edit: also disable I/O on thread, it's also on by default and causes the crash(fast memory ON, JIT ON, I/O on thread OFF = no crash).
