[request] UI / System separate languages
The Mrs has some Japanese games which require the system to be set to Japanese to display the text correctly. For example FF3-J behaves like this, but in FF2-J Eng/Jap is selectable in-game.

Preferably I would like to keep the UI in English so I can manage ppsspp and the Mrs can play her games on the TV.
