Most likely it will work, but I'm not sure if you'll get good performance. That doesn't come with a very fast CPU or GPU.

It may depend on the game. I think it's safe to guess that more demanding PSP games won't be able to run at full speed without frameskipping, but I'm not sure where the line is.

I use a netbook with a C-50 (4 GBs RAM) and at default settings is pretty much full speed.
