I was wondering which is better, or rather scarier. PSX Silent Hill or PSP Silent Hill? I'm debating as to which i should buy.

For PSP Silent Hill, do you mean Shattered Memories or Origins?

Shattered Memories is a good experience, a lot of people will hate it just because it isn't like the other Silent Hill games.

Origins is what you play for the authentic Silent Hill experience, the original PS1 game is also pretty good even for today.

Shattered Memories (PSP) is work good on PPSSPP, but when playing Shattered Memories (PS2) on PS2 Emulator, the graphics is garbage.

Shattered Memories is good, very good. But it's not scary. Silent Hill for PSX is much scarier. But you should try both of them. Shattered Memories, is the remake of Silent Hill for PSX, but everything that they have in common it's some names and some events. Beside of this, they're completely different games.
