How can you guys even play this game?

windows 7
64 bit
4GB ram

I was getting 1-4 fps with frame skipping set to 3. God of War:GoS ran better than this game. Same with MGS:Peace Walker. Same version. Same settings. I'm at the very beginning when whatshisface tells you how to move and dash.
