Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a phone, but before I do, I want to make sure that witch ever phone I choose to buy will run ppsspp full speed constant 60 fps.

1st question... is it even possible to run ppsspp full speed on android??

2nd question... if yes, what sort of hardware would I need?

Some phones that I'm considering buying...

Moto G 2015 (3rd gen) 2gb ram model

Zenfone 2 ze550ml

Vodafone smart ultra 6

The phones I mentioned have either snapdragon or intel atom quad-cores, with 2gb ram, and adreno 302/405 gpu.

Would any of these be enough?

Yes, for most games not all.

2nd question... if yes, what sort of hardware would I need?
None that you have listed. You'll need to use moderate frame skipping on those devices with some speed hacks enabled. The only hardware on Android that will run most PSP games full speed with no frame skipping are the Shield TV/Tablet devices. But they aren't phones.
