can't use my ps3 controller on ppsspp v 1.0.1

can't use my ps3 controller on ppsspp v 1.0.1
when i plug my ps3 control and open ppsspp v 1.0.1 i try to use the ps3 controller but it does not work i have scpserver installed and i can use my ps3 controller on other emulators, i have a windows 8.1 computer x64

Edit by vnctdj : You don't need to write so big... My eyes hurt now ^^
