Here's your save.
I beat the boss and save the game after the credits(didn't encounter any problems)
The only different thing I use(rather that using the default settings)is to enable "non-buffered rendering"(the game just looks better to me with it)and disable "multithreading"

I have to switch some some of your other equipments,get some restoring items,create a bullet,switch to controlling style D and invert the camera controls.

And trust me,you will like it if you use\upgrade the sword currently equipped(it makes the game a little easier)

I used 0.9.9.1-659 x86 without any special reason but it is possible that a problem may exist with the version you are using
