Played it on the latest build. Got rid of the red overlay, and it looks amazing. Of course it still runs slow on my tablet, but now I'm just looking at the action as if it's in slow motion. At least it completely works. For some reason, selecting the non-buffered rendering results in faster speed. So I'm sticking with that setting for now.

Glad to be of service, yes its strange some games like the Buffered Rendering option some don't.
Keep on trying different Unlocking CPU Clock numbers on the SYSTEM tab between 60 - 200, and Frameskip x1, may give you a speed boost.
