You can't compare games that way. Every game has its own requirements on your hardware.

Just because one game works 'okay' means that another 'should'.

E.g. Tekken 5 works really well on Android (full speed). Tekken 6 on the other hand runs like crap on the same platform, unless you enable frameskipping. Your mileage may vary.
