RE: [Android][v.0.5]Final Fantasy Type-0
That's seriously odd Smile Has to be shadow map rendering going wrong, and also ending up upside down.

RE: [Android][v.0.5]Final Fantasy Type-0
Yep, supposedly, this is how the shadows get formed (atleast in that game that they are realtime). It loads up a shadow texture in the memory and it morphs/streches that texture based on the bonestructure. It looks like the bonestructure guidelines should be there but invisible using something like a cancellation channel or they have a corrupt texture that results into white color! As for the upside down thing I BET it's because of light source-destination bug, the values must get inverted.

RE: [Android][v.0.5]Final Fantasy Type-0
Since nobody mentioned it, I'd like to ask. I don't have any music/voices in game, and the videos won't play either. Is this "normal" or is there a problem on my end?

RE: [Android][v.0.5]Final Fantasy Type-0
This is normal. Both of those are decoded by special hardware on the PSP so they are more difficult to get working. We plan to improve it though, don't worry, it just takes time.

RE: [Windows][V0.4][Menu] Final Fantasy Type-0 cd1
Should be moved to playable, plus this bug intrestingly seems related to the bug Ridge Racer has:
http://s15.postimage.org/gtmtyw8zd/PPSSP..._08_27.jpg

Also, the voices/dialogs in-game are all ADPCM (not ATRAC3) though they don't get decoded (I can't hear them) is this normal? Because I thought ADPCM decoding is supported by PPSSPP.

A bit info about the format:
SSCF Header
4bit mono

RE: [Android][v.0.5]Final Fantasy Type-0
Intrestingly, it seems like the new hack of buffered rendering that kills the flicker fixes the common bugs, like the weird bonestructure popups on the shadows and on the corner of the cutscenes plus it fixes the screen duplicates. So far I haven't noticed any extra side-effects (well the shadows don't appear as always, they don't appear on buffered rendering either way) so I'd say better everyone should play Final Fantasy Type-0 without Buffered Rendering, it breaks nothing at all.

I hope it helps aswell to narrow down the bugs.

Final Fantasy Type-0 [Windows] - v.0.7
The game runs really great on the lastest 0.7. Framerate - stabile about 60 fps, smooth, great graphics, no music, a couple of graphics bugs, weird shadows

Played on my PC-Windows:
AMD Dual-Core 2,61 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 512 Mb
2 GB RAM

RE: Final Fantasy Type-0
Is there a version that has working cutscenes? So far PPSSPP runs the in game stuff well, but I can't watch the cutscenes. Thanks.

RE: Final Fantasy Type-0
You mean FMVs, cutscenes work.
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/pull/997
This should work but you have to build it yourself or wait for it to get properly implemented.

RE: Final Fantasy Type-0
Yes, I mean the FMV (pre-rendered videos). I don't know nearly enough about programming to do that, so I'll wait. THanks for the reply.
