Android does NOT support DirectX, which is Desktop Windows only.
Sorry, you get GLES2 or 3, but that's it.

Android only supports OpenGL. D3d is proprietary Windows.

If you have the Nvidia Shield Tabet, you also get Android Exensions and OpenGL 4.5. But most software don't use them at this moment.

Yeah, not possible. "OpenGL Next" is coming soon though, but it will not be on a reasonable number of devices for years, most likely.

Might try a more OpenGL ES 3.0-centric graphics backend too, but it's some ways off.
