RE: What?
You'll have to ask Henrik about that, he changed it 2 weeks ago: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commi...3a431383e9
My guess is he received enough reports about it not working well for a lot of devices and decided to change it. 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. RE: What?
This combination causes extreme flickering in many games and I have gotten lots of complaints from people who accidentally set the combination.
I do understand that it sometimes works but it doesn't seem worth the trouble.. Is it really useful for you? |

RE: What?
Yeah, well, a lot of people will just email me and complain instead...
So this will stay for 1.0.1, but I might look into making it possible to set them together but just get warned instead later. |

It's a valid point but we also do have to think about people that doesn't have a high spec pc.My pc are entry level aswell only reason why i can play all of the games on max(cept one) are cause of 4.2ghz cpu my gfx cards only a 6570 and my cpu has alot of problems not gonna go into details about it. So i think yes its useful for some people ^^ |
