cant connect ppsspp from iphone to computer to transfer a game

hello
(im using an iphone 5s, 7.1.1)

so ive had ppsspp that i downloaded with an ipa but it was version 0.9.9-1-g662f0e5 and every time i played my game would crash when a specific thing happened (i would summon a monster in the tutorial of yu-gi-oh tag force 1) so i deleted it, and now i cant find the ipa so i tried using cydia again even though it didnt work last time (like this time), ive tried downloading all versions from cydia, and i have all i repos that i found that i needed, but it still doesnt show in itunes at all or in iFunBox.

also, whenever i try downloading a rom with chrome or safari, in my phone, it shows as if the file is 0 bytes.

please help me be able play, thank you in advance,
