PPSSPP Game-Specific Settings
Hi there. First of all, I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread. I went to the homepage and there isn't q&a section so I assume this is where I should post my question (correct me if I'm wrong though Confused )

Ok here's the problem. While some settings work excellent in a game such as MK: Unchained in ppsspp, some others like GoW and Marvel Ultimate Alliance show strange behavior (GoW extremely darkens the screen in some areas and MUA gameplay is flickering). There are many other games which show problems just like those so is there a definitive guide which shows what each setting does or a thread mentioning the game-specific settings for every game. Here is the machine config:

I am running ppsspp v1.0 on Android 4.4.
Device: Xiaomi Mi 3, 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor,
Andreno 330 GPU, 2 GB RAM.

RE: PPSSPP Game-Specific Settings
Those problems are caused by "Non-buffered Rendering" well it's just a speedhack anyway so you'll be expecting some graphical anomalies like flickering, black screen, missing textures, missing lighting etc. Undecided

"Buffered Rendering" will fix those because it renders the game exactly like the PSP does. Big Grin

Thank you for your reply Smile . I would, however like to know if there is any specific thread to increase performance in GoW while buffered rendering is on. It lags like hell. I have tried many setting combinations from dozens of websites after searching on google but none of them provide a playable experience. Sorry for the inconvenience.
