Using PPSSPP with real psp memory stick.
Hi, I have spent a while looking around the forum trying to find out how to do this but cant seem to find a full answer.

I was hoping to be able to use PPSSPP by plugging in my real PSP and getting it to read saves and iso's from the device play the game and then unplug and be able to continue on from where I left off in emulation. Kinda like using PPSSPP like an extra fancy TVout for my PSP.

I wasnt sure if the PPSSPP saves where compatible with the PSP and if its possible to get PPSSPP to use the psp's directory structure while maintaining they way the PSP needs things set up.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Yes, PPSSPP's file structure is identical to one of the real PSP, so most of the times, saves are interchangeable. You can't really seamlessly integrate PSP with PPSSPP, though.

My specs:
Phenom X3 8450 ~2.3GHz
PowerColor HD6850 1GB
4 gigs of DDR2-800 RAM
~400GB HDD
Windows 8.0 x64

no. You cant. But you can transfer data and ISOs via PC or vice versa. well. In my case it worked.
