You cant Port Forward when you enable portable hotspot because it cannot make a network while connecting to a network

Versions above this one introduced a bug where all the Gathering Halls will be full even when they're empty. As far as i know, still isn't fixed to date, so please use this old version just for playing MH games online without any problems (don't forget to disable the "Fast Memory" option inside PPSSPP's System>Settings as well!)
