Error with OpenGL

Hello guys. I had ppsspp on win7 and win8.1 and it worked perfectly. Now..i reinstalled recently my win 8.1 and now i can't get it to work anymore. It says

1.1.0

Insufficient OpenGL driver support detected!

Like i said, i had win 8.1 and had the same problem and i fixed it, just i don't remember how.. My GPU is ATI HD4350..anyway, like i said, IT WORKED...

As for my driver, right now i cant find any video driver compatible with 8.1, so i have only the standard one installed : ATI RADEON HD 4300/4500 Series ( Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1) . All games work fine. Can someone help me with this ? I highly apreciate it.

Install drivers, it's as simple as that. Just download them here for 32 bits or here for 64 bits (you really should be able to google stuff like this yourself)

But it doesnt work to install the display driver cause it works only for 8 and i have 8.1 ...

You are telling me that you can't install the Windows 8 drivers on Windows 8.1 ? That doesn't sound right, I can install some Windows 7 drivers on my Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 machines

Is this ATI being stupid again?

again, google can help here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/dis...357910399/ (also, did you make sure to download the right version? you can't install 32bit drivers on 64bit windows and vice versa)

Try running the driver install in compatibility mode.

So maybe you can try that:Install some software to help you to check your ATM Ver. and reinstall or upgrade device.Even though I never tried this,but I fix my notebook to play Shin Sangokumusou8 Empires in this way.
