Direct X black screen

There is an issue that everytime i change the backend on PPSSPP to Direct X it gives me a black screen:

i do have NVIDIA GeForce FX5200.
but in the version 0.9.9.1-940-ga0461f1 and before was working on DirectX backend.
I dont know why it's happening on the recent versions, any idea?

There was a change but it shouldn't have caused this. It enabled resizing the window (and going fullscreen) in Direct3D. Still trying to figure out why only certain users are having problems with it.

in the latest build the black screen problem is gone, however the resizing still dont work...
