Smile Can I use a controller/gamepad ?
Hello Smile

I'm a newbie to this.
I've just installed the program.

Can I use a controller/gamepad ?
And how do I install it or select it ?
I have a standard PS2 controller and a Rumblepad 2 controller.

Will one of these work ?
Or must I buy a specific controller ?

(I'm using windows 7)

I ask this, because the keyboard settings are a bit annoying.

RE: Can I use a controller/gamepad ?
PPSSPP will open any XInput or DirectInput devices that are connected when it starts up. So game-pads that work with other windows software should work fine with PPSSPP too

I use a Logitech F710 myself, which is basically the upgraded version of Rumblepad 2 albeit wireless. (Got the F510 too, which is the same thing except wired). And both work perfectly fine in PPSSPP.

RE: Can I use a controller/gamepad ?
I use a PS2 controller that is hooked up with an adapter, then I have to use PPJoy so my computer properly recognizes it and then use X360ce to turn the virtual game pad from PPJoy into Xinput so that PPSSPP can recognize it. A bit of work but it works ^^
