Probably because it's in "Power saver" mode or something like that Smile

try setting it to "High performance" mode Undecided

not really sure if this is the cause tho Undecided

RE: Problem with amd athlon 64 x2 4200+ windows 7 32bit
Well, isn't good the PC use 100% of CPU, if your CPU is powerful enough, will only use all the CPU when really need. If you're playing games and 100% of CPU is being used, so it means is time to upgrade your PC, and if this happens, the processor won't let the GPU works with all its power.

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

Thanks for your advice, but for the game "god of war" my PC only need use that 60%.

Before (only used 50%, fps 52).
now (with the driver processor my pc can use 100%, only 60% for god of war, fps 61).

Thank GuilhermeGS2.

I guess, this "%" you mean is the emulation speed, right?
