Local Server
Would PPSSPP have the possibility of a local server to load games? On iPhone and android.

I belive it already has, at least if I understand correctly what [Unknown] added some time ago.
Not sure how to use it on mobiles as I wasn't curious enough to test it, but if you would host the files on your local server you could probably just add links to those files into recent list(by editing the ini file).
