PS: Do I need a clean ISO or not?

Well you see it's more complicated than that. You need something within the iso, and in order to get that you need an actual PS3. There is no way around that from what I know. If you are willing to go through the process, go find a tutorial on YouTube, there's plenty. If not, then You are better off finding a already patched ISO... if you know what I mean.
