That's actually wrong - eboot.pbp's are supported from a very long time and they work just fine, same if not better than iso and cso containers, aside of those, prx and elf files are also supported directly althrough that's mostly for homebrew.

Ofc only actual psp eboot.pbp's count, ps1 games require ps1 emulator and as discussed enough times - will never be supported.
