[Android][Pre-v0.7][Fast] Dragoneer's Aria

Aside the black screen on the start menu, it does seems that any voiced event run at x2 speed and audio and video are desynchronized, I tried different config, but the outcome is still the same.

EDIT: For some reasons the FPS are locked at 20 in game, but during cutscene it raises at 60, while it should be always at 30, both in game and during events.
