Garbled ppsspp interface.....

Ppsspp downloaded on windows 8.1 but interface is garbled, apparently this is a bad config file or rendering issue, however I don't know how to fix this, please help someone? Disabled OIF veteran

If it's garbled, you probably have the wrong /assets directory, perhaps from an earlier version. Try redownloading and unzipping into a fresh folder, and then moving the memstick folder over to keep your saves.
