OK thanks. So what exactly is ''fillrate limited"? And does it have to do with my hardware or the emulator? BTW here are my PC specs: Don't know if this is enough information Blush

Intel Core i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70ghz, 1701 Mhz 2 cores, 4 logical processors. OS is Windows 8. My PPSSPP version is 0.9.9
He's probably saying that your Graphics processor is lacking power when using graphical enhancements in PPSSPP.
The lagging definitely has to be my graphics card. I googled it and it is a simple Integrated Intel HD graphics card. I tried doing what Henrik said besides lowering resolution and it is a little bit better but still lags.
