OK thanks. So what exactly is ''fillrate limited"? And does it have to do with my hardware or the emulator? BTW here are my PC specs: Don't know if this is enough information Blush

Intel Core i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70ghz, 1701 Mhz 2 cores, 4 logical processors. OS is Windows 8. My PPSSPP version is 0.9.9
He's probably saying that your Graphics processor is lacking power when using graphical enhancements in PPSSPP.
