playing adhoc mode using public adhoc test
Edit:i noticed that this thread was outdated so i decided to update it...
ALL YOU NEED
1.ppsspp emulator

2.proadhocsever

This is very easy you just need to put on your ip address: myneighboursushicat.com
make sure your mac address is unique,i then i will be up and running

this was a thread i saw when browsing few minutes ago

I'm looking for a few fellow
hunters that are willing to test
out my AdHoc server. This works
similar to the coldbird.uk.to
server except for the high ping
times to the UK VPS server he has
set up. I've compiled and
configured my work VPS to
accept traffic and run aemu. Our
datacenter is based out of Provo
Utah so anybody in the Western
United states should get decent
connection strength and ping
times (my server has a gigabit
connection).

That being said. Please take the
time to review the standard set
up here.
This method doesn't require use
of a VPN to connect to other
peers. All you need to do is
modify your ppsspp.ini to point
to: proAdhocServer
=
myneighborsushicat.com
As well make sure you have a
unique MAC address in your
ppsspp.ini
If you have a PSP with PRO-C2
Custom Firmware. Please edit
your ms0:/seplugins/server.txt to
m yneighborsushicat.com
Both PSP and PPSSPP can play
together with MHP3rd same with
MFHU.
I have done some testing with
friends and we have been able to
hunt with 4 hunters, 3 of them
from Arizona, Florida, and
California without issue. Be sure
to use the 25% (or 5% if you
have crap net) slow down when
starting a hunt.
If this goes well and I can get it
optimized for high usage I will
create a status website and a
"how many people are online'
page but that will take time. I just
want to test out the server
before I commit to this project. I
work full time as a linux server
tech, but I love to play me some
monster hunter in my down
time.
Remember that this is still pretty
much beta testing. If it doesn't
work at first don't freak out.
Reply in the comments or PM me
if you can't connect or have
problems.
Suggestions and creative
comments are welcome.
Happy Hunting!
As Suggested by /u/buffalo_x I
will mostly be covering MH3rd HD
emulated by PPSSPP
Now With Server Status

guys the links are not straight foward please, just copy and paste it in your broswer.Just bear with me plsBig Grin

That being said. Please take the

RE: playing adhoc mode using public adhoc test
It will be great if it doesn't end up with same problems in Prometheus Server.

Average of 300 ping from Asian ISP, is it still good?
Does this requires DMZ and/or UPnP Enabled?
I Would like to Try it with my Android Device. Hopefully, There's enough players in my UP times.

Suggestions:
->Provide a IRC chat server (ex. freenode.net) for players to set-up their quest or help others with their problems.
->Create a dedicated thread for this server or Edit this thread to gather more people/tester in your server.

UPDATE

I've tried Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, there's no problem connecting to onlineGH. Still there aren't any online user at this hour.
