You can also try setting frame skip to 2. I'm not sure if it will work okay in this game, but disabling buffered rendering may help, and enabling fast memory (requires a restart) may help.

Ok thanks [Unknown] I'll give that a try. If that doesn't work I'll just try for a different ROM like CM10 and see if all the bloatware being gone will help
