Works fine here on v0.9.9.1-1459 x86(just downloaded the lastest beta and directly run the game without configuring anything...I even let every cut scene to run from starting the game=>till the title screen=>then new game=>till controlling Roxis)
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter
